Raw Waste Fibres are collected and stored ready for recycling into felt
Our 100% recycled materials are blended into a hopper which then churns the fibres
The materials are then pulled apart by a series of complex spiked cylinders

2 thin webs of material are then cross-lapped onto a moving feed line
The feed line works its way to the needle loom
Materials on the feed enter loom where thousands of high precision needles penetrate the materials
